Is this a human virtual assistant service?

No. This is AI software setup, not human staffing. We configure the assistant inside your own tools and accounts.

What exactly is an "assistant" in these packages?

An assistant is one configured OpenClaw worker inside your stack. It runs approved tasks in your tools (like email, calendar, CRM, and messaging) based on the workflow scope you approve.

What is OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is the assistant software layer we deploy and configure. assistants.ae provides implementation, guardrails, launch, and support around it.

Which package should I pick: Individuals or Businesses?

Choose Individuals for a single assistant setup. Choose Businesses when you want multiple assistants working together across business workflows.

What is included in setup?

Scope includes implementation, configuration, workflow setup, permission checks, test runs, handover, and 14-day launch care after delivery.

What is not included in package pricing?

Package pricing covers service work only. Hardware, software subscriptions, cloud, API usage, and telecom costs are separate unless you explicitly add hardware in the package builder.

How much do I pay today at checkout?

You pay the one-time setup amount shown in the total (plus optional hardware if selected). If Managed Care is selected, it is set as recurring monthly billing and does not charge immediately during the trial window.

When does Managed Care billing start?

Every package includes a 14-day launch care period. Managed Care billing starts after the 14-day trial window, then continues monthly if active.

What happens after I click "Book installation"?

You are redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment securely. After successful checkout, you return to the site and we proceed with onboarding using your approved contact details and scope.

Can I add assistants or upgrades later?

Yes. You can start with one package and expand later with additional assistants, hardware, or ongoing support based on your rollout needs.

Do I need technical experience?

No. You do not need to be technical. You provide access, approve behavior, and we handle implementation and deployment.

What access do you need from me?

We need access only to the specific accounts and tools you want connected. We follow least-privilege access and you approve permissions before go-live.

How long does setup usually take?

Most setups go live in 3 to 10 business days when your tool account logins and approvals are ready. Complex multi-workflow or multi-team rollouts can take longer.

What if my account logins or approvals are not ready yet?

We can still plan the rollout and start on what is available, but delivery speed depends on login/approval readiness and stakeholder response times.

What languages are supported?

Arabic and English are both supported. We configure prompts and workflow behavior for bilingual operations where needed.

Is WhatsApp supported?

Yes, for compliant business use cases. We do not support spam, abusive automations, or workflows that violate platform policies.

Is this secure?

No system is 100% risk-free. We reduce risk with least-privilege permissions, approval checkpoints, and reviewable logs where supported.

Who owns my data and workflows?

You retain ownership of your internal data and business content. We retain our pre-existing frameworks/methods used to deliver the service.

Do you guarantee ROI or savings?

No fixed guarantee. The ROI estimator is directional for planning and depends on your real workload, adoption, and operating conditions.

What if I need changes outside the selected package scope?

We can handle out-of-scope requests as add-ons or a new scope item. We confirm impact and pricing before we proceed.

Can I cancel Managed Care?

Yes. Ongoing support can be ended with written notice, subject to the active billing period and service terms.

Are setup payments refundable?

Except where required by law, implementation fees are non-refundable once delivery has started. Full details are in our Terms page.
